Tour technician- urgently needed.

Gameshow is looking for a technician to operate and stage manage its 2015 tour of This Is The Moon, That Is The Earth (we are here, we are here). Gameshow will take its latest show on a small-scale 6 date tour in February-March 2015 (plus rehearsal in Sat 10th January).

This Is The Moon, That Is The Earth is a playful and messy exploration of storytelling, friendship and outer space, performed by Matt Ryan and Matthew Evans, who run Gameshow together.
Duties:
-writing up tech spec alongside LX and sound designers
-liaising with venue technicians ahead of show-dates
-running get-ins and get-outs at venues
-setting up and operating lights and sound
-driving company in hire car to and from 2 venues (Aberystwyth + Falmouth)
-travelling with 1 large suitcase of set/props on tour

The technician will ideally have:
-experience of running QLab and D::Light or similar
-a valid driving licence
-a Mac (for operating show)
-easy access to central London

10th January, 9am-6pm- Camden People’s Theatre
Performances

5th February – Aberystwyth Arts Centre, Aberyswyth (overnight stays 5th + 6th)
12th February – Arlington Arts Centre, Newbury
21st February – Tom Thumb Theatre, Margate
26th February – South Hill Park, Bracknell
13th March – Falmouth Poly, Falmouth (overnight stays 12th + 13th)
19th March – Riverfront Arts Centre, Newport
Fee
£900 (plus per diems- £20 per show day/ £15 per travel only day) The technician must be available all day/evening for all dates. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by Gameshow.
